Board of Directors REVEREND WEAVER BLONDIN, Executive Director Rev. Weaver Blondin has been in ministry for over 15 years. He was licensed at Antioch Baptist Church, Fairfax, VA in 2000 and was ordained to the Gospel ministry at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Herndon, VA in 2002. Rev. Blondin currently serves as founder and Executive Director of Hearts for Ministry Foundation. He has served in the capacity for nearly eight years as the full-time Children and Youth Pastor where he was responsible for over 500 children, teens, college students and their parents.  He also managed two full-time employees (an administrative assistant and children’s pastor), as well as, a volunteer staff of over 100 adult leaders. Rev. Blondin has also served as an associate minister, on the evangelism/visitation, mentoring, commitment counseling, prison/jail, and the Trustee and Finance ministries. KARONE BLONDIN, Director of Finance Karone Blondin has over 25 years of Federal Government service and is responsible for ensuring people with disabilities have an opportunity to work. Mrs. Blondin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from N.C. A&T State University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from American University. She also has a passion for shaping the lives of young people and building their self-esteem, and regularly volunteers to teach at her local church in Orlando, FL. Karone is a native of Durham, NC. SHARON EBERHART, Director of Administration Sharon Eberhart entered the Administrative field directly from high school, launching her career to total over 35 years of experience working in private, government and religious organizations as administrative lead and office manager. Sharon’s professional experience has given her the ability to be a team player with strong work ethics and great initiative but it is her spiritual experiences that has given her a passion for teaching God’s Word. She has taught Sunday School, Bible studies, new member classes and is currently the facilitator of the Single’s Ministry at her local church in Orlando, FL. Todd Blondin, Director Todd Blondin, being top performing Senior District Sales Manager with an over 20 year history of sales management, account management and sales performance, has a proven track record of top regional and national ranking. He is an expert closer committed to a solution-based, customer focused sales approach with ability to coach best practices and motivate district, regional and national sales teams. Todd Blondin currently resides in Northern Virginia. BEVERLY HOWELL, Director Beverly Howell served as a civil servant for the Federal Government for over 20 years as an Industrial Hygienist. She currently resides in the Richmond, VA area. KIM RYALS, Director Kim Ryals currently holds 27 years of experienced customer focused service. She is a professional with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. She has successfully used these skills and abilities to deliver organizational value across a wide-range of client needs and has built productive relationships. Kim, along with her family, currently resides in Alabama. SUNTOSHA STARKEY, Director Suntosha Starkey attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. Upon graduation, Suntosha relocated to Northern Virginia and earned a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University. She is currently employed as a Senior Systems Engineer at a small computer firm. Suntosha received the call to preach the Gospel through Jeremiah 1:5 (NIV) which says, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations." Suntosha currently serves as an associate minister at her local church in Northern Virginia. She is a firm believer in the power of prayer and has served in the Intercessory Prayer ministry.
